Werry Bootlace

It only takes a glance to realize that this handsome halfling is obsessed about his appearance. He is constantly running his hand through his hair and looking in reflective surfaces. He is slightly taller then most halflings, and has a well groomed beard. His right eye is a normal shade of light blue, but the left is a strange sight indeed. It is at first glance a deep green, but when examined closely it has all different shades in it. He has a strange look about him, perhaps even mystical.
