Ronan Marshald

"Go North young man!" And I did. Venturing further and further and still further North. Couldn't wait to get away from Crimson, although I do miss the woods to the East of Crimson where I received my training. I guess living so close to Bydell Castle you have to put up with taxes in return for some protection. Too many rules for a guy like me though. Give me a bed roll and a roaring fire and a forest and I am content. Guess that's why I took up ranger training. Always did love the land. This is where I worship. I never did like it at the temples where my friends went. Too stuffy. Plus for a tall guy like me all that bending and bowing is hard on the back. There were some good looking lasses at some of those temple services though. I even got some of 'em to take a walk in the forest with me. I guess I'm not the best looking around, but I make up for it with a quick wit and a good heart. I try and look out for the underdogs around me.

Anyhow, I guess I'm ready to "make my fortune"...like every other human, right? Well, I've heard there's some treasure to be had near Sunview lake. Some of it may just make it into my carry bags soon with a little luck...and with a few jabs from my sword if anything gets in the way.

OOC: Ronan Marshald is not of noble blood, coming from a working class family. He is a relatively straightforward character who, after growing up in the woods and receiving training in tracking and wood lore has gotten "the bug" and is ready to seek his fortune outside his known world.
