Omer

From a distance you see Omer Narmocáno, a young, charismatic, good-natured elf that is shy and quiet but quick to grin for reasons often not known to you or anyone else. As you approach closer you discern a great intellect, and you observe that he closely studies all that he sees and hears.

As you spend time with Omer you notice that he does not stay in one place long as the urge to see what is just beyond sight is obviously too strong.
