Skatch Blacktooth

Skatch is short and skrawney even for a goblin. He has heavy lidded eyes athat give him the appearance of always being just on the verge of falling asleep. His small hands have extremely long fingers that show a high level of manual agility. Where most goblin males canines are sharpened and hang well below their lips his are smaller and just barely visible protruding from his mouth.
