Deckard McRae

An old man, carrying weary features, a wizened smile, and a twinkle in his eye. These eyes seem to dart about, collecting every detail of every person. They seem to ever hunger for more knowledge, but are overlapped with a kinder sense. The enthusiastic smile plastering his features much of the time seeming.. a bit over the top. A notebook hangs at his belt almost all of the time.
