Noch Lobo

This dark skinned, dark haired, and brown eyed man is of average size. It is obvious that he has had much physical activity from the finesse of his muscles. He is a quiet man, does not speak out of turn and has a large scar that goes from one side of his throat to the other. Other than this he seems normal.
