Drakus Dragonheart

You see a tall man, wearing a hallmarks of a practitioner of the Al'Noth standing before you with a vacant look about him. He seems to be looking around him constantly, out of curiosity ot paranoia you can not tell though. Sewn onto his clothing, however, is a crest depicting a dragon gripping a heart with its wings spread wide. Maybe you could ask him what it means.
