Tolec Dakakhuur

A small weak goblin that can't be taken as a threat in the least. his shoulders are up to his ears and his arms are thin and frail He has a habit of rubbing his nose and tilting his head to the right side. his feet are turned out at the heal making it look like he's wadling when he walks.

The old age is past the new one begins now who shall be weak who shall be strong the tides shall turn ever changing nothing constant
