Jeremiah Alekzander

His most distinguishing feature is his blue hair. The tattoos around the eyepatch are tribal in nature and don't seem to have any significant meaning. He treats the eyepatch he bears more as a decoration then something he actually needs to wear as it appears to be slightly opaque or see through. He carries a broad friendly smile though you can easily see it is because he has such a playful personality.
